Ken Maiolini, ARM-P and Linda Garrett, J.D. have assembled a staff of both professional and administrative personnel with extensive experience in handling of both public agency and private insurance claims.  The staff consists of in-house adjusting staff that is skilled in handling personal injury, auto and property damage claims.  Additional outside adjusting staff is highly capable in the areas of  serious personal injury, employment practices and civil rights claims.  Outside adjusting staff regularly represents clients at settlement conferences and mediations.  Administrative staff is trained in all aspects of claims administration and is expected to be proactive to our clients needs.
