 Injuries significantly affecting the capacity of sight, smell, taste or hearing

 Any loss of use of limbs

 Any spinal cord damage and any real or suspected paralysis, including paraplegia, quadriplegia or hemiplegia

 Disfigurement

 Reproductive organ loss or impairment

 Burns

 Any other serious type of bodily injury

 Any lawsuit related to medical malpractice
